Return Policy

You may return or exchange unused and unopened items within fourteen (14) days from purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or your purchase was damaged during shipping, please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the situation. All returns and exchanges shall be processed and shipped (if applicable), within three (3) weeks of receipt. Please email billing@bee-essentials.shop to initiate the return or exchange process.

Please note, all returns or exchanges must be included in original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the order invoice or receipt. Return shipping cost will be paid by us only if the return is a result of our error. Please use a trackable method for return shipping, for we are not responsible for any returned items that do not make it back to our warehouse. We cannot approve any returns/exchanges received over fourteen (14) days from purchase, no exceptions. We will not accept any packages sent without authorization, any shipments received that have not been authorized will be refused/shipped back.

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days thereafter. We will send you an email when your refund has been processed.  

For International Orders, the process is the same for refunds but customer assumes the shipping cost for the label and can use any carrier of their choice.  Please include a copy of your return request in the package.

Items marked as Final Sale are FINAL and not eligible for a refund.
